A note on timing
The first 2 hours (or 1.5 hours for more distant townships) is a minimum booking and covers travel, setup, and getting properly stuck into the work.
Some jobs fit neatly within that time. Others naturally run over — especially when:
- Multiple small jobs are tackled in one visit
- Repairs uncover underlying issues
- Custom fitting, levelling, or problem-solving is required
If a job is likely to exceed the initial time, I’ll let you know as early as possible so there are no surprises. Additional time is charged in clear increments, and we only continue once you’re comfortable with how things are tracking.
In short: we aim to get as much done as possible within the initial booking, and when more time is needed, you stay in control.
